Presidents and secretaries of all chapters are members of the organizing committee.
Sports Activities
1. Volleyball: Knockout games. 4 teams: Abudhabi & Al ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Northern Emirates (Ajman UAQ, RAK,Fujairah). Games start at 3 pm. Teams arriving late: Other team gets walkover.
2. Throwball for Women: Same teams as above
3. Shotput: For Gents and Ladies; individual
4. Three leg race for couple
5. Tug of war: Chapter wise
6. Games for Children

Cultural Programs
Total duration: 2.5 hours
20 Minutes each for a chapter: 5 minutes dance, 5 minutes song, 10 minutes skit ( Need not be same, you can present any program during this time).
The program will be mixed bag, participants will be called randomly. Too much elaborate makeup and properties not needed, so that the participants can enjoy the programs themselves.

Registration Charges
Single Member: 75 Dhs
Family: 150 Dhs (Please inform total members with ages. Only members, spouses and children)
Guest: 100 Dhs
Last date to register with Secretaries of each Chapter: 27th March, 2009
Spot registration and registration after 27th March: Additional 25 dhs to each category: Dhs 100, 175 and 125 respectively.
